Briargrove boundaries and location
Briargrove is generally recognized between San Felipe Street on the north and Westheimer Road on the south, with Fondren Road on the west and the rail corridor just west of Tanglewood on the east.
The location provides access to Uptown/Galleria, Tanglewood, major employment centers and central-west Houston retail and dining. Actual commute time should be tested during normal travel periods because congestion varies significantly by route and time of day.
Briargrove Property Owners, Inc. records nine Briargrove sections in its Texas management certificate. The Fitz & Co. outline is a consumer neighborhood display boundary across those sections, not a survey or parcel boundary.
